If you’ve found a pre-designed house plan that fits your style but needs adjustments to match your specific needs or lot requirements, our Plan Modification Service is here to help.  After completing your purchase, you will receive a downloadable version of the plan, which you will need to redline with your desired modifications and email to us at [email protected] along with your property survey and elevation certificate to request an estimate for changes at $125.00 per hour. When purchasing a stamped version of a plan, you will be required to select your state before checkout. This service is available only in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, and Texas, where we are licensed.

If you also need a customized foundation plan, you can add this to your order at checkout, selecting your state once again. We partner with Southeast Engineers to provide foundation plans tailored to your site. Once we receive your redlined plans and required documents, our team will review your requested modifications and provide a quote for the necessary revisions. Our goal is to ensure your selected plan is not only personalized to your vision but also properly designed for your site conditions.
