Designing your dream home is an exciting and collaborative process. We begin with the Preliminary Design Phase, where we create the initial floor plan layout and front elevation based on your vision. To ensure your home is properly tailored to the site, we require a property survey and elevation certificate at the start of the process. This stage allows for revisions to refine the design before moving forward.
Once the preliminary design is approved and the final square footage is determined, we move into Design Development, where we refine the details that bring your home to life. This phase includes interior elevations, an electrical plan, and final schedules for windows and doors. If you are working with an interior designer, this is the ideal time for collaboration. As the plans progress, you will receive a final review set that includes detailed elevations, sections, framing plans, and construction details.
Upon completion of the architectural plans, you will receive stamped construction drawings, including foundation plans engineered for your site. If revisions are needed after finalization, they will be billed at an hourly rate. Our goal is to create a home that is both functional and beautifully designed, ensuring a seamless process from concept to construction.
